Marketing (Lead Generation)

  • Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy across the company

Operations: Community Executive

Supporting the Community Manager, this role will have to:
  • Be the first point of contact at the respective centre within JustGroup's portfolio of properties
  • Receive walk in client/guest at the centre
  • Managing reception duties (e.g. handling of phone calls, courier services)
  • Handle walk-in tours for guest who came by for a viewing without prior appointment

Finance: Head of Finance

The key priorities of this role are as follows:

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Partnering the CEO and other key members of the management team to support the evolution of the company's overall strategic direction and annual operating plans
  • Together with the senior leadership team develop a long-range financial plan for the Company, monitor and implement strategies to achieve the goals of the plan
  • Advisor to senior leadership team on all questions relating to the business and financial affairs of the company
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation
  • Establish credibility throughout the organisation and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges

Team Management

  • Provide leadership to the finance team on daily operational finance and also encouraging the development of their capabilities
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions including implementation of efficient and scalable accounting processes, tools and control systems

Requirements:

For this role, you will:
  • Perform full set accounts closing including AR, AP and GL
  • Performing billing answering billing queries and implement credit control li>
  • Prepare payments to local and overseas suppliers
